The SC2005 Technical Program operates as a gateway for the research community to express, exchange, and debate new and innovative ideas in computing, networking, software, analytics and storage. The SC|05 Program Committee has built a superb technical program.

Multi-institutional teams of students and teachers will be selected from different geographic regions for participation in an onsite project during the SC|05 conference. Student Days registration now open; two-day event showcases career and educational opportunitites in HPC. First day activities @ Microsoft, Redmond campus; second day hosted at convention center.

The purpose of this project is to increase the participation of minorities in the SC conferences by providing support to help faculty and/or IT professionals from Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs).

SC Global 05 will showcase high-end networking collaborative technologies.

Undergraduates and graduate students can apply for the student volunteer program and have the opportunity to network with leading researchers in high-performance computing.

InfoStar will produce a new way of communicating and obtaining conference data.
